Momento's of Africa's hand- woven and knitted blankets/ throws, scarves and shawls are produced from fine kid mohair.
As every woven blanket/ throw and knitted piece is handmade and hand- dyed, each product is slightly different, making each item a " limited edition" in its own right.
Mohair offers great insulation as well as being highly absorbent which means it can hold moisture and carry it away from the body thus preventing perspiration; and is fire resistant.
Mohair is also easy to handle & clean and although it has the same chemical composition as wool, it has a much smoother surface, therefore providing the user with warmth, movement, excellent draping features and it exceeds other dyed natural fibres in brilliance and lustre.
THE TUBBY DIY BATHTUB RESURFACING KIT
The franchise product line has expanded to include:
- Perma- Trim- an alternative to ugly grouting and dirty silicone. It permanently seals the gap between the bathtub arm and wall tiles
- Slip- Resist- which can also be applied during the resurfacing process to provide a " slip- resistant" pattern on the base of bathtub.

The TUBBY DIY Chip Repair Kit uses the same coating and hardener materials contained in the TUBBY DIY Bathtub Resurfacing Kit.
This kit enables chips on bathtub surfaces to be repaired.
Toners are provided to blend the colour to the existing colour of the bathtub surface.
